Returns & Refunds

Each Knucklehead Fred product is made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We gladly offer free replacements or refunds for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Printing errors

  • Incorrect items received

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at fred@teamknucklehead.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Because each item is custom made, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing or fulfillment defect.

Refunds
If approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
