Knucklehead Fred products are made-to-order using trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners. While we make every effort to accurately display product colors and details, the final product may vary slightly due to individual screen settings or production methods.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Knucklehead Fred reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed.
Because all products are made-to-order, once an order enters production it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact fred@teamknucklehead.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Purchases are otherwise non-returnable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import charges unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information to complete your purchase.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are produced and fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners. Typical production time is 3–7 business days before shipping.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, trademarks, and content on the Knucklehead Fred website are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
